➤ Plan, organize, and execute effective digital marketing and social media plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
➤ Build, maintain and optimize the company’s online presence within each digital platform
➤ Measure all digital marketing activities and performance, and assess them against plans and goals (using benchmarking and KPIs)
➤ Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance and budget based on insights
➤ Design customer acquisition strategies for the company’s different channels
➤ Create, measure, and optimize digital campaigns across different channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google..etc)
➤ Evaluate customer segments and create different customers segmentations based on our personas
➤ Monitor competitor’s activities, gather insights, and recommend strategies based on insights and numbers
➤ Collaborate with other departments (operations, sales, etc.) to achieve the desired results
➤ Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
➤ Work with the digital marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth

Requirements:
➤ BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, or any related fields
➤ 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role
➤ Very good eye for designing (photos, videos) and delivering value proposition through content
➤ Very good understanding of social media KPIs
➤ A digital marketing enthusiast who is eager to learn and stay up to date with the latest best practices and trends in digital marketing
➤ Very good verbal and writing communication skills
➤ Very good English
➤ Excellent time-management skills
➤ Great interpersonal and communication skills
➤ Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
