A Marketing Agency Located in Smouha, Alexandria, Egypt, Looking for a Senior Digital Marketing with the below Requirments :

  • BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a marketing specialist or a similar role for 5 years.
  • Proven SEO experience.
  • Good knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (AdWords), re-targeting, social network advertising (Facebook Ads).
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to sell and convince.
  • A good team leader & team worker.
  • Experienced in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
  • Experienced in dealing with Facebook and Twitter and Instagram and SMS messages and sending emails.
  • Good written and spoken communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated and flexible.
  • Understanding of branding and visual elements layout, type, and fonts.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing tools such as Hoot suite, Buffer, what a graph, and other tools.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs, and tasks.
  • Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and development
  • Planning and executing all marketing plans on social media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter), advertising campaigns (Facebook, Google AdWords) and SEO/SEM plans and campaigns,
  • Content strategy – develop and implement a content strategy for websites, email, and social media with a calendar of activity (right channels, right time) in line with brand guidelines and ensure consistency of message in line with business objectives.
  • Campaigns – plan, implement, and report on seasonal campaigns that are measurable, on message, and in line with brand guidelines, budgets, and business objectives.
  • Budgets: propose, allocate, and manage annual marketing budgets reporting on ROI and delivering the flexibility to meet business needs.
  • Use email, print, e-newsletters, and social media to drive direct response, conversion, and engagement. Liaise closely with the Sales Manager to ensure optimum timing and compilation of results. Use data to drive suggestions for product development.
  • Responsible for all stages of the campaign set up, monitoring, reporting, analysis, optimization, budgeting, keyword, and demographic research and targeting.
  • Understanding of website and mobile apps development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing, and internet technology
  • Plan and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn) and perform campaigns and ads based on goals and objectives.
  • Build an online community for our clients.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends).
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and conversion metrics to monitor and improve performance.
  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing by using analytics tools.
  • Developing new marketing strategies and campaigns based on a detailed analysis of the market.
  • Optimizing web content for SEO strategies.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends.
  • Organize the preparation of proposals and presentations such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports.
  • Can build community with long-term goals and objectives.
  • Can build strategy and implement PPC campaigns on search engines on Google and Bing based on clients’ goals and objectives.
