BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, or any related fields
2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role
Very good eye for designing (photos, videos) and delivering value proposition through content
Very good understanding of social media KPIs
A digital marketing enthusiast who is eager to learn and stay up to date with the latest best practices
and trends in digital marketing
Very good verbal and writing communication skills
Very good English
Excellent time-management skills

Plan, organize and execute effective digital marketing and social media plans and strategies to
achieve business objectives
Build, maintain and optimize the company’s online presence within each digital platform
Measure all digital marketing activities and performance, and assess them against plans and goals
(using benchmarking and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance and budget based on insights
Design customer acquisition strategies for the company’s’ different channels
Create, measure, and optimize digital campaigns across different channels (Facebook, Instagram,
Google..etc.)
Evaluate customer segments and create different customers segmentations based on our personas
Monitor competitor’s activities, gather insights and recommend strategies based on insights and
numbers
Collaborate with other departments (operations, sales, etc.) to achieve the desired results
Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Work with the digital marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth
