Marketing Services company is seeking to Digital/Social Media Marketing Manager with the below requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, AdWords strategy and purchasing, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns with a focus on increasing golf, banquet, wedding, and restaurant sales and lead generation. Oversee website administration, coordination, updates, and social media outlets.
  • With respect to SEO: Perform keyword research and competitive analysis Understand and implement technical SEO audits and changes Execute on-page optimizations Implement changes in content management systems (CMS) Manage content production by planning content calendars, managing writers (or collaborate with content writing teams), and supporting them on SEO Devise and execute methods to track, report, analyze and improve SEO performance Collaborate with SEO managers and other in-house marketing teams (e.g. paid marketing) Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement necessary features and changes Constantly develop new SEO tests and strategies Present and communicate SEO strategies and projects to clients and/or internal stakeholders Serve as the key SEO expert/advocate Keep up-to-date with latest SEO trends, strategies, and algorithm changes Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence by generating creative content across all media platforms (including social media) while responding to and monitoring all incoming messages and communications following established policy and procedure for social media communication. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) and tracks social media analytics to determine what’s most successful while staying on top of industry trends and best practices for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media outlets. This includes budgeting, recommending, and executing approved paid and non-paid social media and spending on boosts or targeted ad campaigns and Google analytics.
  • Develop and manage advertising campaigns and sales program strategies that support and enhance sales and lead generation efforts.
  • Track, report on, and be able to summarize in regular reporting frequencies all advertising and promotional spending by and within each platform as well as providing detailed tracking and information on the success of each campaign or series of posts and demonstrate and explain effectiveness and why as well as costs involved (gross cost, cost per impression, costs per click, costs per lead, etc. as may be appropriate). Track and report by departmental campaign as well to show relative effectiveness of banquet, F&B, or golf promotions. Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests. Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Identifies critical conversion points, drop off points, and optimizes user funnels. Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners. Evaluates emerging technologies. Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Make recommendations on enhancements, alterations, or deletions to marketing programming efforts to the General Manager and Owners for advanced approval.
  • Ensure all creative content and post material is vetted and approved in advance by the General Manager and Owners (or in the case of a social media post ensure the content followings Seven Bridges established social media policy and procedure as well as brand standards).
  • Document and update all marketing brand standards and alterations thereto discussed and agreed to by the General Manager and Owners. This applies as well to updating and documenting changes to established marketing policy and procedure as applicable.
  • Participate strategy for and directly in executing sales efforts (i.e., cold calls, in-person drop ins, business networking efforts, email campaigns, and other telephone or online efforts).
  • Create, maintain, and execute all print materials used by the Club in collaboration with General Manager and Owners feedback. This includes menu production, mailers, door hangers and any new or existing print media campaigns or outward facing collateral the Club uses to promote or provide information to clientele.
  • Maintain, execute, and report on all promotional codes created and issued for each department in terms of tracking performance and redemptions by medium.
  • Perform periodic market research on key competitors to confirm pricing and offerings and work with the Department Heads in each functional area to interpret and report back on the Club’s positioning relative to key market peers regularly.
  • Create, manage, execute, and report on all text message blast campaigns used by the Club.
  • Conduct oneself in a professional manner and always maintains a professional image.
  • Be informed on and promote all club activities and services.
  • Have an in depth understanding of special event and banqueting event operations.
  • Develop an in depth understanding of the Visage GPS System and its advertising opportunities to be able to also sell our digital opportunities to prospects and clients.
  • Any other duties as assigned by management or owners. Digital Marketing Qualifications / Skills: Creating and maintaining client relationships Self-motivated yet customer-focused Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate At least 2+ years of prior experience working in Digital & Social Media Good understanding of Digital & Social Media best practices Passion for Digital & Social Media and internet marketing Ability to create, justify, communicate, and implement strategies across teams and, occasionally, external agencies Data-driven and analytical mindset Attention to detail Project management skills Nice-to-haves Experience working with SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMRush) Experience and/or understanding of code (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Experience and/or understanding of other marketing channels (e.g. PPC) Experience working with CMS’ Experience with technical SEO Excellent writing skills Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the wedding or golf industry Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, etc.) Working knowledge of ad serving tools Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines Working knowledge of
