Digital Marketing Manager-Real Estate -DM 189

A Real Estate company Located in Maadi ,Egypt is Looking for Digital Marketing Manager with the below requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in the digital field including social media, mobile applications, chatbots and websites.
• Digital Media Certificates

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and execute effective digital marketing and social media plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
• Build, maintain and optimize the company’s online presence within each digital platform
• Planning and execution of monthly digital media plans
• Measure all digital marketing activities & performance, assess them against plans and goals (using benchmarking/KPIs)
• Identify trends, insights, optimize performance and budget based on insights
• Design customer acquisition strategies for the company’s’ different digital channels
• Create, measure, and optimize digital media buying plans in different countries and across different channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google…etc.)
• Evaluate customer segments and create different customers segmentations based on our personas
• Monitor competitor’s activities, gather insights, and recommend strategies based on insights and numbers
• Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Work on virtual sales offices to target people in different continents
• Develop & manage WDD mobile app and feed it regularly with the required data
• Develop & manage WDD WhatsApp chatbot from script to analysis.
• Manage WDD website in terms of content, videos, pictures, and ads
• Manage and execute all activities on WDD CRM
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
