Searching for a highly-creative and analytical digital marketer to kick-start and drive our digital marketing strategy forward. Our ideal candidate is someone with past experience in digital marketing and social media management, has a track record of improving online engagement levels and is looking to stabilise and grow within the company.

Your Role:

  1. Design and maintain overall digital marketing strategy to grow our online presence and establish a digital company identity.
  2. Maintain our presence across all the digital channels and plan digital marketing campaigns, through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification/targeting… etc.
  3. Design and manage the digital marketing budget.
  4. Plan, build and implement social media strategies, digital marketing campaigns and manage engagement.
  5. Manage the new and existing social media pages of the company on all platforms like: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn… etc.
  6. Generate, edit and publish engaging daily content to build meaningful connections and encourage community members to take action.
  7. Set and track performance goals & KPIs for all digital marketing channels and campaigns.
  8. Utilise digital analytics tools to measure and report on the performance metrics.
  9. Make best use of online advertising to reach the target audience, create a company/brand identity and increase our products’ visibility.
  10. Build and maintain the company’s digital marketing database.  
  11. Manage the company’s website and app, update their content and use tools and techniques (such as SEO/SEM and analytics) to enhance their performance.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree 
  • 4+ years in Digital Marketing or a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Arabic
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach
  • A highly creative strategic thinker
  • Content planning and content writing skills
  • A team player with a collaborative spirit
  • Fast learner with a strong thirst for knowledge and self-development
  • Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel and Outlook)  
  • Bonus but not required: Graphic Design (eg: Adobe, UX and UI), Basic coding skills, eg: understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
