Recruitment & HR Solutions company is seeking to Data Analyst with the below requirements:

  • Have good knowledge in querying and any manipulation language, like SQL, R, Python (Pandas) or DAX
  • Gained experience with data integration from multiple sources
  • Know any common data analytics product like Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, SAS, Tableau etc.
  • Understand concepts of data lakes, data warehouses, data integration, and data consumption
  • Know any open-source technology, particularly Apache Foundation (e.g., Apache Atlas or Apache Superset)
  • Are familiar with big data technology stack (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Pandas/Koalas, Flink, Dask)
  • Have experience with on-premises or any major cloud platform, such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud
  • Are acquainted with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate good skills in handling relational databases
  • Interpret business requirements to formulate the slice of data set to be explored
  • Can analyze existing databases and design optimal and efficient logical and physical data models
  • Produce source to target mappings from multiple data sources and identify the new ones if needed
  • Collaborate to define data cleansing rules and quality checks within the data models
  • Design and manage appropriate metadata repositories for greater understanding of data assets
  • Visualize data through reports or dashboards to derive business insights
  • Show good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git and knowledge of CI/CD in general
  • Prefer to work on agile software development projects with globally distributed teams
  • Have good communication skills (spoken and written) with fluent English as essential
  • Own bachelor’s degree in computer Science, computer engineering, or a closely related field
  • Have at least 3 years of data analyst or other relevant experience
